About Product

PARAMOUNT Loop winder is designed to provide constant torque during winding thus eliminating ‘S’ formation of loops. The motor is suitable to run at very low RPM’s continuously and take 10 ‘starts’ and ‘stops’ per minute. A suitable brake is provided on the motor to eliminate any loosening of the wound turns of loop coil.

Salient Features

  • Guide provides for correct Vertical and Horizontal positioning of Conductor in looping bar and adjustable width and height to accommodate two strip in parallel

  • Pay off with pneumatic Disc Caliper Type brake provides constant Tension Control. Tension is adjusted from HMI. Once set the tension will remain constant throughout length of the strip.
