The Pneumatic Coil Spreader/Forming Machine is a most versatile machine as it forms, shapes and spreads the loop into diamond shaped coils quickly and efficiently ranging from small motor coils to coils for 25000 hp motor/generators. Set up on this machine is extremely simple and it can spread heaviest, most difficult coils without requiring excessive effort from the operator.

The Coils are formed with the correct spread and exact pitch and for this reason the installation time in stator/armature is reduced. Its pneumatic
operation takes over practically all the manual labour of coil spreading.
