Horizontal Copper Kapton Tape Insulating and Sintering/Sealing machine
Model –PCL/HCKT/SSM/1
  • Pay-off supply stand with Disc Brake with/without Hydraulic Lifting/lowering spool.
  • Collapsible Straightner mounted on Horizontal and vertical plane. The rolls are Teflon coated.
  • Caterpillar with reduction gearbox and PIV to give fine controlled linear speed to the conductors.
  • Take-up drive by 3.5kg-m Torque motor/Autostat and Traverse controlled by Roll ring Hydraulic Lifting/Lowering of spools.
  • Horizontal oven opening and closing type.
  • Rotating wiper with two pairs of linen brushes. The brushes are having lateral adjustment mechanism for perfect centering of the strip. Also flap wheel strip cleaning arrangement.
  • Main drive with 5hp DC motor with Thyristor control unit.
  • Electronic counter for production measurement.
  • Stoppage of machine reasonably fast with the help of magnetic brake.
  • Induction Heater
  • Inline spark tester for testing breakdown voltage.
  • Automatic stoppage of machine on breakage of tape or when tape ends.
  • Non-contact Infra Red temperature indicator/controller to measure the temperature of strip after it passes from induction heater.
